Cancellation Policy
Moon Rabbit Collective Service Policy Some of our services are considered committed appointments, which require a deposit to reserve your time. Deposits ensure that our staff and resources are dedicated to your session. Deposits are required to hold an appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least two days’ notice will retain the deposit for the rescheduled session. Appointments canceled with less than two days’ notice, or no-shows, may result in partial or full forfeiture of the deposit. For committed appointments, deposits are applied toward your purchase. If you attend your appointment but decide not to make a purchase, a portion of the deposit may be retained to reflect the time and resources reserved for your session. We welcome inspiration and style ideas, but we do not copy existing designs. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not align with our practices or capabilities. By booking an appointment or service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
